Very little food in the house. Don't want to deal with people but I ordered delivery. Tomorrow I need to try to make it to therapy and I am supposed to see the doctor on the 30th.

I can't do this alone. I've been alone for ten years and it's wrecked me. I want out.

Good on you for ordering delivery, and hang in there for therapy tomorrow. And the dichotomy of "don't want to be alone/don't want to cope with people" is NOT a fun one at all, whether it's on the day-to-day scale or larger ones. *offers hugs*

It came nice and quickly so I didn't have to fret long.

But I'm really not coping well in general and there's no one to help. I'm not very optimistic about my chances.
