Panicked out of therapy. Again.

Can you talk to your caseworker about maybe getting into a therapy group that you'll be more able to make yourself attend?

It took him ages to find this one, which has the important amenity of transportation.

But being around people is like sandpaper on raw nerves. I even get antsy about food delivery peoples now. I'm really crumbling in on myself and need more help than I know how to get.

I am losing it, I am flat out losing it, I don't see any way that I can make it much longer. I'm out of cope and there's no one to help.

Sounds like, you've got the thing of needing help, but help comes from people and being around people is yucky right now. Which makes it harder to use the help that you have available to you, whether it's therapy or takeout.
