I am so damned annoyed. Amazon was certainly happy to announce discounted Prime for people with EBT cards but I am having a lot of trouble signing up for it - a week after I first tried signing up, after multiple emails, chats, and phone calls with customer support, I just uploaded the info they want for the 3rd or 4th time only to be told it could take another week to verify and there’s no way for me to track the process.
