So I was browsing Amazon Restaurants, and they had a free delivery offer, and there were a few interesting looking places. I was especially curious about Uzeat, a restaurant with food from Uzbekistan. I asked my neighbor Yvonne if she wanted anything and we went in on an order together. I didn’t get pictures of most of it, but this was the spinach cake (or, rather, half a slice, I split it with my neighbor) - a gluten free almond cake with a light sort of marzipanish flavor, but a lovely green color from spinach! I couldn’t taste the spinach in it but you can certainly see it. I also tried the cheburek (savory fried filled pastries - they had a meat version and a veggie version, I got the meat), pirozhki (savory baked filled pastries - they had a meat version and a veggie version, I got veggie) and syrniki (fried pancakes made from farmers cheese, mildly sweet - I got mine with jam but honey or Nutella were also options). They're not really busable but Yvonne and I might go in on a delivery order again to try more of their menu items, they have some very tasty looking stuff.
