Therapist called me. Basically gave me an ultimatum to show up or get kicked out of the program. So on Monday I have to force myself even if it means breaking down after. This would be easier if I didn't have a doctor's appointment to face on Friday that is gonna be a huge stressor.

I'm not coping.

Right now about all that's keeping me going is Welcome to Night Vale fandom. Been reading fic today. I read an adorable crossover with Harry Potter!

I was supposed to meet with my caseworker today (and was dreading it) but he canceled on me. I needed groceries though...
