After almost a month, repeated emails, chats, and phone calls to customer support, repeatedly being sent to the same link to upload a picture of my EBT card and being told "It will take seven days", an Amazon customer service person finally admitted that they're not yet able to verify Texas EBT cards on the discounted Prime program they announced almost two months ago. No suggestion of when they might be ready, or offer to, y'know, not assume that I'm trying to defraud them and give me the discounted price while they're getting their act together.
