One: sit up as much as you can; lying down too much gets fluid in your lungs and can generally make it hard to breathe even if you don't have an upper respiratory infection. (By "sit up" I include "sitting propped upright in bed" as well as out-of-bed sitting-up.)
Two: what does your access to health care look like right now? I.e., is there a low-cost/sliding-scale/free clinic in your area, and what do you need in the way of transportation in order to get to it? (I.e., is there someone local who can drive you, can you get a taxi there if money is available, etc.) And are they walk-in or do you need an appointment, and if you need an appointment do you need a support system for calling them, because phones are icky at the best of times and when you're sick they're even ickier?
Three: *lots and lots of HUGSHUGSHUGS* and good thoughts.
