As a Tumblr gif I saw said, I have lost the ability to can. Woke up in a clammy-with-fear panick attack, can't shake that sick-scared feeling. Have taken valium, trying to dope myself into sleep. Bad thoughts whirring in my head, failures and fears all closing in.
