I've been wearing Molly's collar around my wrist. Hecate came up to me today and sniffed it intently, looked up at me, mewed sadly, then gave me a quick, soft purr.
You're so lucky to have her. I don't have Hawkeye's collar anymore (we forgot to take it off, and they didn't know she was wearing it), but Ava's been much cuddlier with me than usual--we both miss her.
Hecate is the one who holds shit together here. While I was desperately calling all the mobile vets in town, Hecate made sure Molly wasn't alone and called for me so she didn't have to strain herself. And now she's curling up with Anya a lot, which is good for both of them.
