My caseworker was supposed to write me a referral for this day treatment program and didn't and so I called his supervisor. She said I didn't need him to write a referrral and could just call them. I did (TERRIFYING) and they were gonna call me back but didn't. If my caseworker was more available I'd get his opinion if I should try calling them tomorrow.

This is really scary.
