Had a crying fit with the therapist.

I think she might have been helpful if my caseworker had gotten me there when I first fuckingg talked to him, rather than being his unreliable "I have a big client load" self and dragging it out for literally nine months but those were months that sucked a lot of resiliency out of me.


I mostly kept saying I was tired of fighting.
